By registering as a vendor for any Curlfriends Expo® 2026 event, including The Reset Series, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Status & Weather Policy
All Curlfriends Expo® events are RAIN OR SHINE unless otherwise stated.
Events will proceed as scheduled except in cases of severe weather, government restrictions, or Acts of God (e.g., hurricanes, tornadoes, natural disasters).

2. Vendor Approval & Product Restrictions
All vendors are subject to approval by Curlfriends Expo® management.
Vendors may only sell or promote products and/or services approved in their application.
Selling or displaying unapproved goods or services is strictly prohibited without written consent from the organizer.
Curlfriends Expo® reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor found in violation before or during the event without refund.

3. Vendor Placement
Vendor space placement is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booth/table assignments are determined by Curlfriends Expo® and are final.
Vendors will be notified of their assigned space prior to the event.
Â
4. Payments, Refunds & Transfers
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments may not be applied to a different event unless explicitly stated by Curlfriends Expo®.
Vendor spaces may not be resold, transferred, or shared.
Â
5. Pre-Event Requirements
Deliveries
All deliveries must be pre-approved by Curlfriends Expo®.
Delivery requests must be emailed to pbccurlfriends@gmail.com for approval and instructions.
Vendor Promotion
Vendors agree to actively promote their participation using available marketing channels, including:
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Email marketing
Business websites or platforms

6. Insurance & Liability
Vendors are responsible for obtaining event insurance if required.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curlfriends Expo LLC, Kathy Previl, staff, venues, sponsors, and affiliates from all claims, losses, or damages.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, inventory, equipment, and staff.

7. Vendor Check-In & Setup
Vendor check-in will take place during the designated window provided prior to the event.
Vendors must check in at the Vendor/Sponsor Check-In Desk upon arrival.
Each vendor will receive two (2) vendor passes.
Additional passes must be purchased online no later than one (1) week prior to the event.
All vendors must complete setup no later than 30 minutes before event start time.

8. Vendor Space Guidelines
Vendors are responsible for all booth décor, signage, displays, and staffing.
Vendors must provide their own:
Tablecloths
Extension cords
Décor
Display materials
Booths must be staffed at all times during the event.
One business per booth/table. Sharing is not permitted.
Furniture & Equipment
All furniture must be approved by Curlfriends Expo®.
Quiet/whisper generators are permitted only if inaudible beyond your space.
Any generator or equipment causing disruption will be prohibited.

9. Tents & Outdoor Events (If Applicable)
Vendors must provide their own tents unless a rental package was purchased.
All tents must be properly weighted with 40-lb weights per leg.
No ground staking permitted.
Vendors without proper weights will not be permitted to set up.
Â
10. Sound, Audio & Visual Use
Loudspeakers, amplifiers, or disruptive music are not permitted.
Small, low-volume sound systems or monitors are allowed at management’s discretion.
Curlfriends Expo® reserves the right to require sound systems to be turned down or removed.
Â
11. Food Vendors
Food vendors may be required to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) permit.
Vendors must submit a list of all food items to be sold.
Vendors are responsible for proper grease disposal.
Dumping grease on event property is strictly prohibited.

12. Clean-Up & Breakdown
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe booth area.
All boxes, cartons, and packing materials must remain within your assigned space and out of view.
Vendors must break down and remove all materials by the designated breakdown time.
Items left behind will be discarded or confiscated.

13. Photography, Video & Media Release
Vendors grant Curlfriends Expo® full, perpetual, worldwide rights to use vendor names, images, video, audio, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms.
Â
14. Sales Tax & Legal Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting Florida sales tax.
The sale of counterfeit or illegal merchandise is strictly prohibited.
Â
15. Risk Acknowledgment
Vendors acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including loss, theft, damage, or injury, whether caused by weather, attendees, or other factors.

16. Cancellation, Postponement & Rescheduling
Organizer Cancellation
Curlfriends Expo® reserves the right to cancel an event with a refund of vendor fees only if the event is fully canceled.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
A postponed or rescheduled event is not considered a cancellation.
All vendor payments will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Vendor Removal
Curlfriends Expo® reserves the right to revoke a vendor’s participation without refund due to:
Inappropriate behavior
Policy violations
Unapproved products
Disruptive conduct

17. Failure to Exhibit
If a vendor fails to appear or exhibit on the event day:
Curlfriends Expo® may reassign the space without liability.
The vendor remains responsible for all fees paid.
No refunds will be issued.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting a vendor application and/or payment, vendors acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to all Curlfriends Expo® 2026 Vendor Policies.
