What vendors ask before they apply.
No. Curlfriends Expo 2026 is The Reset Series, a collection of five separate experiences across September. You apply once and can be placed in one or more events depending on availability and fit.
Yes, and we encourage it. During the application process, you can indicate which events interest you. Based on availability and how well your brand fits each experience, you may be matched with one or multiple events. There is no requirement to participate in all five.
All five experiences in The Reset Series are held indoors.
All approved vendors receive a minimum of one social media features before their event. Additional spotlight opportunities may be available closer to the event date, and we will communicate those directly.
All vendor payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an event is rescheduled due to circumstances outside our control, your space will be honored at the new date. Please review the full refund policy before applying.
