VENDOR APPLICATION OPEN

This year, Curlfriends Expo is intentionally shifting from one large expo to a series of five intimate, curated events taking place throughout the month of September. Each event is designed to create a more meaningful experience for both vendors and curl-focused attendees.
 
 
We’d love for you to participate in one or more events, whichever works best for your brand and schedule.

Event 1 – The Reset: Rooted Kickoff Expo — Sept 5

Natural hair expo featuring curated vendors, wellness-forward conversations, and community-centered experiences.

Event 2 – The Reset: In Conversation — Sept 12

An intimate fireside-style experience blending art, culture, and dialogue.

Event 3 – The Reset: After Hours — Sept 18

A music-driven game night and social mixer with karaoke, bingo, and a laid-back community vibe.

Event 4 – The Reset: Bites & Beats — Sept 19

A DJ-led day party celebrating food, music, and natural hair culture with a high-energy, social atmosphere.

Event 5 – The Reset: Serenity Restored Expo — Sept 26

A wellness and beauty-focused marketplace expo centered on self-care, holistic living, and natural hair health.

VENDOR POLICIES

The event is RAIN OR SHINE. Events will proceed rain or shine. 

Vendors are subject to the approval of the coordinator and shall not show/vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the event without the organizer’s written consent. Vendors reserve the right to refuse the exhibition before or during the event of unapproved goods and/or services.

The placement of the vendor’s space will be determined on a first come first serve basis. Each Vendor will be notified of their assigned booth prior to the show.

All payments received for use of vendor’s space are non-refundable and non-transferable.
