Event Status (Rain or Shine)

All Curlfriends Expo events are rain or shine. Events will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise stated by event management.

Cancellation by Organizer

Curlfriends Expo reserves the right to cancel an event prior to its scheduled date.
In the event of a full cancellation (not a postponement or reschedule), participants will receive a refund of all amounts paid to Curlfriends Expo in connection with the event.

All other payments are non-refundable.

Venue or Date Changes

Curlfriends Expo reserves the right to change the venue and/or event date if necessary to better accommodate the event experience or our growing audience.

A rescheduled event is not considered a canceled event.
If an event is rescheduled, all vendor payments will be applied to the new date and/or location. No refunds will be issued.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

Curlfriends Expo may postpone or reschedule an event at any time prior to the event date. All payments made will be applied to the new event date. Payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable. Booths, advertisements, sponsorships, deposits, and balances are final

If an event is postponed due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control, all fees will be credited toward the future event date.

Vendor Conduct & Participation

Curlfriends Expo reserves the right to revoke a vendor’s ability to participate in the event at any time if deemed necessary due to: Vendor behavior, Display or setup, Products or services offered, and Any action deemed inappropriate or misaligned with the event

Such removal will be without refund.

Failure to Exhibit

If a vendor fails to occupy and operate within their assigned space on the event’s opening day, Curlfriends Expo reserves the right to reassign or use the space at its discretion.

The vendor remains responsible for the full booth fee, and no refunds will be issued, whether or not the space is resold.
