This is a virtual position; therefore, you will need to have the ability to work independently and manage and meet deadlines
- Coordinating and managing communications of multiple projects at once
- Assist the team with calendars, scheduling, CRM, and project management tasks
- Conduct phone calls on company behalf
- Supporting event services operations
- Assists in supervising team while personally assisting in the physical
set up of the function rooms (e.g., tables, chairs,
podiums, etc.) and executing events based on requirements and standards - Oversee all events, and event set up to make sure everything is running as planned
- Responsible for outgoing and incoming phone communication
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Conduct internet research and/or phone call inquires and report on the results
- Delegates tasks to ensure room sets are “on time” and meet Event Service Standards
- Acts as a liaison between Venue, Event Planning, Event Delivery teams and the group contact throughout the event
- Makes presence known to vendors and sponsors during event
- Assist events manager and team where needed
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints
- Attends and participates in all pertinent meetings
- Plan and implement development marketing strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to implement cross-departmental goals and initiatives
- Create Spreadsheets
